1Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm PST ship the next business day.
2Shipping Rates & Options
Shipped via USPS/UPS. Arrives in 5–7 business days after shipping. Exact cost and time shown at checkout.
3Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (transit times may be longer for these destinations). International shipping is not currently available.
4Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
5Packaging
Bottles ship in protective corrugated packaging with cushioning to prevent breakage in transit.
6Delayed, Lost, or Undeliverable Packages
If tracking shows no movement for more than 10–14 business days past the expected delivery date, contact info@oxven.shop and we’ll help investigate the shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an incorrect address provided at checkout — please double-check your address before submitting your order.
