These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of COQ10.life (the “Site”) and any products purchased through it, operated by OXVEN (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2Products & Supplement Disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3Orders, Pricing & Payment

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or typographical errors, including after an order has been submitted. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor at checkout; we do not store your full card details.

4Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5Intellectual Property & Your Content

All content on the Site — trademarks, logos, product names (including Max Catalyst™), text, graphics, and images — is the property of OXVEN or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.

If you submit a review, testimonial, or photo/video (for example, on the Site or social media, tagged or sent to us), you grant OXVEN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in our marketing, in any format, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

6Communications Consent

By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive order-related communications, and — where you’ve opted in — marketing emails and/or text messages from OXVEN. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the link in our emails or by replying STOP to a text message. Message and data rates may apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
